HOFERLIN 42

...is an exchange platform for contemporary art from Luxembourg and abroad. During 9 days (17-25 January 2004) the one-family house at number 42 rue Hoferlin in Esch/Alzette is turned into a complete installation of different art disciplines and performed by a series of cultural events.

The interactivity between exhibition, program, artists and audience takes centre stage. Through the temporary creation of this experimental structure, Hoferlin 42 offers a creative interweaving of different art disciplines, forming one entity in a lived sculpture: literature, fashion, performance, music, room installation, film and video, photography and new media.
